Valid Perfect Square

Given a positive integer num, write a function which returns True if num is a perfect square else False.

Follow up: Do not use any built-in library function such as sqrt.

 

Example 1:

Input: num = 16
Output: true

Example 2:

Input: num = 14
Output: false

 

Constraints:

  • 1 <= num <= 2^31 - 1

Degree of an Array

Given a non-empty array of non-negative integers nums , the degree of this array is defined as the maximum frequency of any one of its elements. Your task is to find the smallest possible length of a (contiguous) subarray of nums , that has the same degree as nums .   Example 1: Input: nums = [1,2,2,3,1] Output: 2 Explanation: The input array has a degree of 2 because both elements 1 and 2 appear twice. You are given a positive integer num consisting of exactly four digits. Split num into two new integers new1 and new2 by using the digits found in num . Leading zeros are allowed in new1 and new2 , and all the digits found in num must be used. For example, given num = 2932 , you have the following digits: two 2 's, one 9 and one 3 .
